Halliburton moves headquarters to Dubai

Halliburton has decided to move its headquarters to Dubai:

HOUSTON, March 11 — Halliburton, the big energy services company, said on Sunday that it would open a corporate headquarters in the United Arab Emirates city of Dubai and move its chairman and chief executive, David J. Lesar, there.

Question: Is this so that when Cheney is convicted of war crimes he can have a nice office out of the reach of U.S. authorities?

Perhaps, but the other reason is probably that this company that sucks up taxpayers' dollars by the billions and arguably lies and cheats and steals on its military contracts, doesn't want to pay any of that back to its benefactors in the form of taxes.
