The future of airline "seating"

From the NY Times, we see the future of airline "seating." The two "seats" on the right above are apparently the future of coach-class airline travel. They're designed by Airbus for the "standing room only" flight of the future. I can't wait! Will they put seats ont the wings next, for those who prefer the fresh air?
