Whackos idea of a fun evening under the stars

Via Think Progress we learn that this is how some on the far right propose solving the immigration problem. This is from talk radio host Brian James of KFYI in Arizona -- on the air:

What we’ll do is randomly pick one night - every week - where we will kill whoever crosses the border. Step over there and you die. You get to decide whether it’s your lucky night or not. I think that would be more fun…[I’d be] happy to sit there with my high-powered rifle and my night scope.

Now tell me, if baring one boob on TV for a fraction of a second gets CBS fined thousands of dollars and causes a massive overhaul of broadcasting restrictions, shouldn't advocating MURDER over the air at least warrant a slap on the wrist? Answer: No, not in the weird upsidedown world of the wingnuts.
