Sacrificial Lamb

Kirk Fordham, the Chief of Staff for Republican Congressman Tom Reynolds and former Chief of Staff for Republican Congressman Mark Foley (who, by the way, is now being repeatedly identified as a Democrat by the press), has been forced out. His friends are saying he's being scape goated. He says he repeatedly told Hastert about Foley.

I'm sure the leaders hope that this will satisfy the public that the Republicans have taken strong steps to clean their house, but this god is very hungry, and I predict he will require more human sacrifices.

Meanwhile, of course, it's really all the fault of the Democrats.
