Bush at new low in AP-Ipsos Poll

Bush's approval ratings fell to 32% in the latest AP-Ipsos poll, a new low. He also fell rather dramatically overnight in the Rasmussen poll. It's kind of hard to figure what's going on since he had a big jump in some other polls the other day.

One thing I can say, it would be hard for him to fall any further in my opinion of him. On a score of 1 to ten, I give him a zero.
