A Wasteland

Now, this isn't a bursting housing bubble, because Detroit never had a bubble, but 16 Detroit houses were sold at auction for less than $30,000. One four bedroom house near the original Mowtown studio went for $7,000. Talk about a devastated city.

Can Detroit ever come back?
