Please explain

Please explain to me why John Edwards is so despised by the media. The first thing out of Tweety bird Matthews mouth last night after the Dems' debate was that Edwards was the big loser. Funny, but I had thought he did as well as any of the others and better than most. I guess that just shows how unobservant I am.
