Giuliani declares victory in Democratic debate

I'm glad to see that Giuliani has decided he won the Democrats' debate a couple of nights ago:

He was nowhere to be found on stage, but Rudy Giuliani's campaign shrewdly rushed to declare victory after Tuesday night's Democratic debate in Philadelphia - chiefly because the former New York mayor emerged as the preferred whipping boy among the seven Democratic rivals.

This, of course, is the same man that worked more hours at ground zero than any of the rescue and recovery workers, that cut every tax in the state of NY to zero, and that won World War II single handedly by keeping Yasser Arafat out of NYC.
