Two mortgages, anyone?

Atrios links to a site showing a promotion campaign by a Las Vegas real estate developer offering two homes for the price of one. I mentioned this to Mrs. Walldon, who replied, "So you can have two mortgages that you can't afford and two houses that you can't sell."
