Just a Party Loyalty Thing?

A blogger named Roger Simon, http://www.rogerlsimon.com/mt-archives/2006/03/a_paradigm_of_f.php, referred today to his belief that if the Iraq War had begun under a Democratic administration, “many so-called liberals would feel totally differently about it today.” Mr. Simon doesn’t say how old he is, but if he had been around during the Vietnam War, he would realize how silly that statement is. On re-looking at his site, he apparently penned novels back in the 70s – so I guess he was just buried in his books.

If the Iraq War with all its foul-ups and cover-ups had occurred during a Democratic administration, the Wingnuts would be rising in armed rebellion.

Remember all the rhetoric about "black helicopters" and other forms of government control surveillance during the Clinton years? Guess we now know why they brought all that up.
