AP's hatchet job on Harry Reid
Blogger's been down most of the morning, so I've been trying to post by e-mail, but that hasn't worked earlier. Now, I seem to be able to get through to Blogger, so I'll try to re-post my earlier e-mail posts. Here's the first:
Just in case you too have been confused by the Associated Press's hatchet job on Harry Reid over his alleged $1.1 million profit from the sale of land he didn't own and didn't disclose, TPM Muckraker clears it up quite well here.
Nickle version: He didn't make a $1.1 million profit (only $700K) and he did own the land, through a corporation, and he did disclose that he owned it.
