Impeachment

Poputonian, over at Hullabaloo, informs us there is a decent chance that Impeachment proceedings against Bush may be initiated through the New Mexico State Legislature (or through some other state). According to the guy being quoted, procedural rules allow a single state legislature to initiate impeachment proceedings in the House as long as one member of that state's delegation to the House agrees to carry it forward.
